Lightening options run from mini and partial highlights to full highlights, partial and full balayage, and bleach retouches, and most lightening services include toner. Extensions are 24-inch hand-tied pieces, customized to blend naturally with the client's own hair.

New clients book a consultation or a service through the salon's online booking page, bring inspiration photos, and leave with a plan and an aftercare routine for their hair. A consultation is required before major color changes, extensions or corrective work, and a consultation and deposit are needed before any extension hair is ordered.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold an appointment and is applied to the service total. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment is shortened or moved.
