The menu is built around gel-based services: Builder Gel manicures with Luminary, Gel X extensions, BIAB removal and renewal, and nail art and French or chrome finishes. Gel polish is applied over Luminary, Gel X or BIAB rather than offered on its own, and the salon does not offer acrylic or pedicures.
Clients who book outside the standard daytime hours can add early or late appointments for a $30 add-on charge. Squeeze-in and cancellation openings can be requested by text at no charge. Clients running 10 or more minutes late are asked to call so the salon can decide whether to reschedule.
Booking policies are set out clearly: cancellations or changes within 36 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also available.
The salon matches the service to what a client is moving from, recommending Gel X with Luminary fill-ins for those leaving acrylic who want length and BIAB for those leaving dipping powder. Nails done elsewhere are accepted when the product is offered and the nails are in good condition; otherwise a soak-off is recommended first.
