Donea Ealey owns the salon and works as a licensed cosmetologist, with eight years in the field based in Arlington. Hair work centers on locs, twists, braids and quick weaves, and the menu also covers curls, silk press, color, trims, kids' styles, makeup and blowouts.

Larger or custom work starts with a consultation. Free consultations are offered in person or over FaceTime to talk through hair goals, style options and upkeep, and loc attachments and maintenance are priced after one. Shorter visits such as squeeze-ins and a wash and blow-dry add-on are also available.

Booking comes with set house rules. A $20 late fee is added at 10 minutes past the appointment time, and appointments are canceled automatically at 20 minutes or more. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 40% fee, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount and placed on a booking ban list.
