The menu is built around nails. Options run from classic and dry manicures and pedicures through gel, dipping powder, hard gel and Gel-X services, with several combined mani-pedi packages. Add-ons include nail art, French tips, ombre, chrome, keratin treatments, paraffin wraps and callus treatment. Men's manicures and pedicures and children's sessions for ages 3 to 8 are also offered.

Beyond nails, the salon offers waxing for most of the face and body, hand and foot massage, and brow and lash tinting. Eyelash extensions use JB USA lash products, and the menu includes classic and volume mink sets, keratin lash lifts, and touch-ups on a set schedule. Brow lamination is also available.

According to the salon, it holds Healthy Nail Salon recognition from the San Francisco Department of the Environment. It also describes its products and practices as lower in toxins and better ventilated. The salon says its Dazzle Dry manicure stays chip-free for seven days or longer. Among its most requested services, it lists the vegan gel manicure, the Deluxe ManiPedi and GEL-X/APRES. The salon also states that its collagen mask gloves were picked as best beauty by Allure in 2017.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation is charged 20 percent of the service price, and a no-show is charged 50 percent. Bookings are held for 10 minutes, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened. Gel lacquer that chips within 5 days can come back for a repair; after that, each nail repair costs $5. A major credit card is required to hold any appointment priced at $80 or more. Payment is taken by Visa, MasterCard or Venmo, and tips can be left in cash or through Venmo.

The salon uses non-toxic, vegan polishes that are free of DBP, toluene and formaldehyde, and says its products and practices are chosen to reduce exposure to harsh chemicals and improve ventilation. All products are stated to be cruelty-free and paraben-free.
