Clients book by calling, texting or sending the online appointment request form, since online booking is not offered. New guests fill out a profile form and the salon replies within 24 to 48 hours. The first hair consultation covers goals and preferences, a patch test, and an assessment of hair condition, texture and style, and clients are invited to bring inspiration photos. During appointments, shampoo stations include a scalp massage, warm blankets are provided, and refreshments and music are offered. The salon describes its setting as cozy.

The custom color menu lets clients book without naming a technique, and the salon chooses the method for the look they want. Options include traditional highlights and lowlights, babylights, balayage, foilayage and lived-in color, and services can include a gloss, a root smudge and a blow-out. Pricing depends on hair length, texture and appointment time. The Pearl Effect, a grey-blending method using pearl tones, and extensions both begin with a consultation. The salon carries the Davines line and describes Davines as an eco-friendly brand committed to sustainable practices.

Lash appointments are booked by calling or texting 610.405.8738. Full sets run from a classic set at $195 for a two-hour session, a hybrid set at $220, and a volume set at $250 for a session of two hours or more. Fills range from $55 to $130 depending on lash type and time since the full set. Lash lift and tint is $95, lash tint is $27, and brow tint is $12, and extra time is $20 per 20 minutes or $30 per 30 minutes. Lash changes need 24 hours' notice, and changes made later incur a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, or no-shows, incur a 95% fee. The main phone line is 610-314-4441.
