Color consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes, extension and hairpiece consultations for 30 minutes, and haircut, texture and styling consultations for 15 minutes each. Formal event styling and makeup consultations also run 15 minutes, but they do not replace a trial. Stylists listen to what each client wants from their hair and adjust techniques to the hair's texture and the shape of the head.
The menu starts with a $10 beard and bang trim and a $30 haircut for children ages 12 and under, and extends to color and extension work. Color options include a color glaze that adds shine, enhances color and removes unwanted tones, single process root retouches for 4 to 8 weeks of regrowth, partial and full foil highlights, dimensional color with root retouch and foil high and low lights, free-hand balayage or ombre, and creative color in vivid shades. Creative color, the Coppola smoothing keratin treatment and hair extensions each require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule. The Coppola treatment reduces frizz and relaxes wavy or curly hair, but it is not a straightening service.
Beyond hair, the salon offers eyelash application with individual or band lashes, semi-permanent eyebrow tinting that lasts about 4 to 6 weeks, and facial waxing for brows, lip or chin. Event services include updos, formal styles with braids, waves or curls, a special event styling trial, a make-up application trial recommended before the event, and For Your Eyes Only makeup covering eyeshadow, lashes and brows. Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person during business hours. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and parking is available.
Stylists listen to each client's concerns and tailor services and techniques to their hair goals, texture and head shape. The salon also invests in team members' growth, with mentoring and continuing education for stylists.
The studio has a playful feel and is described as modern and cozy.
