Scalp micropigmentation places pigment to mimic the look of natural hair follicles. The studio offers it for thinning hair, receding hairlines, complete hair loss, alopecia and camouflage of hair transplant scars such as FUT and FUE scars, which are quoted individually. The site describes the procedure as involving no downtime, with visible results right away. Plans are grouped by hair loss level: mild hair loss, usually two to three sessions, is suited to Ludwig and Norwood scales 1 to 3; medium hair loss, usually three to four sessions, to scales 4 to 6; and advanced hair loss, usually three to five sessions, to Ludwig 7 to 9 and Norwood 6 to 8. Density fill is for thinning areas that need more coverage, hairline restoration shapes the hairline, temples and frontal scalp, and full scalp SMP gives the look of a closely shaved head.

Permanent makeup covers brows, lips, eyeliner and lash lines. Options include SofTap microblading, powder brows, combo brows, nano brows, lip blush, lip liner, permanent eyeliner and lash line enhancement. Eyeliner is placed with the SofTap manual method, which does not use a tattoo machine. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during appointments. Brows usually settle over seven to ten days, and healed results are typically reached within about eight to ten days. Brows generally last one to three years with maintenance every 12 to 18 months, while lip blush typically lasts 12 to 18 months and its final color appears about four weeks after treatment. Color correction and pigment removal, including laser removal, are available for unwanted permanent makeup.

Booking starts with a complimentary consultation, by phone (about 20 minutes) or by Zoom or in person (about 30 minutes). Clients who already have permanent makeup or SMP by another artist can send photos by text to (831) 251-7229 for review before booking. Patch testing for pigment sensitivity can be requested. A non-refundable deposit reserves a procedure, and balances for permanent makeup are due on the day of treatment unless arranged in advance. SMP payments can be split into three or four installments when appropriate, and financing is available through the third-party provider Cherry for qualified clients. Follow-up visits to refine results are included, with extra sessions possibly carrying fees. Appointments run Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, permanent makeup is by appointment only, and clients must be 18 or older. Procedures require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and consultations need 24 hours.
