Visits run on weekdays from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, and the studio is closed on weekends. Appointments are booked online. Evening, weekend, holiday and same-day or next-day emergency slots are also available at twice the regular service price. Those are requested by message with a preferred date, time and service, and confirmed personally.
Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, as full sets or refills, and each set is custom-mapped to the client's eye shape, lash health and lifestyle. Colored lashes can be added to extensions. Extension removal uses a formula designed for sensitive eyes. A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls natural lashes upward from the root and lasts about 6 to 8 weeks. It cannot be done over extensions, so the extensions must be fully removed and the natural lashes given 2 to 4 weeks to recover first.
Brow shaping is done with wax, tweezers or threading, and brow services include tinting, henna tinting, lamination and combined packages. Regular brow tint lasts about 3 to 4 weeks, while henna tint can last up to 6 weeks on the skin. Waxing covers lip, chin and full face areas and takes about 10 minutes.
The studio focuses on personalized service, starting each booking with a consultation and tailoring lash and brow work to the individual client. It says it uses premium products throughout.
