The studio blends modern wellness technology with Eastern and Western rituals, along with organic products and Ayurvedic healing. Skin treatments range from diamond microdermabrasion and a Vortex Fusion hydrating facial to dermaplaning, and facials are customized to each client's skin. Massages include Swedish, hot stone, express back and couples sessions.

Visits are typically booked in advance, though walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may receive a shorter service at full price. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Gratuities are not included in prices, and a 15 to 20 percent tip is appreciated. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm and Sunday from noon to 6 pm, and is closed on Mondays.

Beyond treatments, the space includes a boutique selling global vintage jewelry, artisan-made fashion and accessories, and preloved clothing. Shoppers do not need an appointment and can use a sip area. The studio also hosts private events, with full-spa rentals including a Spa Suite and the Soiree space, plus optional refreshments and setup at an added cost.
