Color is a large part of the menu, with color retouches, all-over color, and partial or full highlights and lowlights. Sheila Truscan works on custom color using Aveda's plant-based, customizable line and applies color with foiling and hand-painting. Haircuts are offered for women, men and children ages 1 to 16. Smoothing treatments include the Keratin Complex options and the Brazilian Blowout.

Every treatment begins with a consultation, and Felicia holds one each time a client sits in her chair to settle on the result they want. Listed prices are starting points. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice avoid a late cancellation fee; for bookings made less than 24 hours ahead, the cutoff is 3 hours before the appointment. Clients who cancel late may be asked to pay half the reserved services, and the same charge applies to missed appointments. Anyone who misses more than one appointment must leave a $30 deposit before booking again. Late guests should call the salon, which tries to reach them 10 minutes after the start time. If a client arrives late, services may be shortened to fit the remaining time, and the slot may be given away if the salon cannot reach them.

The salon stands behind its work, and service adjustments can be requested within 7 days, subject to management approval. Unused or unopened retail products and tools can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Other retail products can be exchanged or given salon credit within 14 days, and used products are only exchanged or credited with management approval.

Each stylist runs their own schedule, services and pricing, while sharing a single salon space.
