Every extension plan starts with a consultation, which can be in person or by phone, because each plan is customized. The consultation covers the install process, upkeep, cost and daily care before a client commits. Phone consultations are followed by an in-person visit for color matching and final planning. Installs are booked once the plan is settled and require a reservation deposit.

Extensions are 100% Remy human hair, and the studio uses Bellami. The studio's own system, The Mane Method, is described as a way to achieve seamless, natural-looking extensions. Three named methods are offered: The Holistic Mane, The Mane Look and The Rich Girl Blend, each building on the one before.
