Maier trained at the Aveda Institute, graduated from it, and has worked as a hairstylist for 10 years, including in salons in Cherry Creek. Much of her work centers on grey blending, grey transitions, lived-in and dimensional color, and full color transformations that grow out softly between visits. She also offers precision cuts, everyday styling and extension work, and is a certified extensions specialist in Great Lengths and Amplify.

Booking is online through the studio's own scheduling page, and each service, including haircuts, add-ons and treatments, is booked as its own appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged up to half the service price. Adjustments are free within a week of the original appointment, capped at 30 minutes, and meant for small changes rather than major ones. Color Retouch is for clients returning within 10 weeks of their last color, and clients booking full highlights or a retouch for the first time are asked to start with a root-to-end color transformation. Questions can go by email or text, and contact form messages are answered within 24 to 48 hours. The studio is open Monday and Thursday mornings until 9:30 a.m., and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is closed Sundays and Tuesdays.
