The extension menu includes I-Tip and Microlink extensions. Sew-in work is offered through Cambodian wavy bundle and Vietnamese bundle packages, each sold with the sew-in install, and install maintenance and takedown appointments are available. Natural undetectable sew-ins and quickweaves are offered to returning clients.

The salon also sells 100% unprocessed hair. The bundles can be colored or bleached to any level, and each raw bundle is double wefted, which the salon says helps reduce shedding. The salon puts no expiration date on its hair and says it can last a lifetime with good maintenance. According to the salon, its customer service is legendary and its installs are flawless.

Ordering runs on set terms. Orders cannot be changed once submitted, stock is restocked once or twice a month, and orders are prepared in 1-7 business days before shipping by FedEx or USPS in 3-7 business days. International orders arrive in 3-14 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Tariffs and custom fees are not covered by the salon. Packages are insured by USPS or FedEx, and the salon is not responsible for lost items, so delivery disputes go to the carrier.
