Extension work is the core of the salon. Micro wefts are attached with small beads, without glue or heat, in horizontal rows of human hair wefts; an install takes about 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the amount of hair and natural density, and typically lasts 8 to 12 weeks before a maintenance or move-up visit. K-tips attach single strands with small keratin bonds, each fused by a trained stylist. A K-tip appointment runs about 5 to 7 hours, and with care the extensions typically last 3 to 5 months. Micro links, also called I-tips, differ from micro wefts in application, longevity and cost. Micro wefts are refreshed every 2 to 3 weeks and micro links every 6 to 8 weeks. Tape-ins are also offered.

Hair is sold in the salon, so clients do not need to source it from an outside supplier for micro wefts and K-tips. The range includes premium Indian and Cambodian hair along with luxury curly and wavy extensions. Bundles and closures are sold on the website; Cambodian Luxx Bundles start at $310, Butter Blowout Bundles and Cambodian Wavy and Curly Bundles start at $140, and Cambodian Wavy and Curly Closures start at $150 and $140.
