Hair color runs from a short gloss and toner visit to longer gray-blending and lightening sessions, with blonding and corrective color also offered. Haircuts include a Signature Haircut with a luxury shampoo and conditioner, scalp massage and blowout, and a donation cut for hair 12 to 14 inches or longer with no color or perm. Perms, a Smooth Over frizz treatment and styling appointments are also on the menu.

For thinning hair, hair loss and scalp concerns, the salon offers a scalp and hair analysis using a digital scope, with a customized product plan emailed afterward. Scalp treatments include an Essential Scalp Detox for dry, itchy scalps and a three-session Ultimate Scalp Facial series. Wigs, toppers and semi-permanent tape-in toppers are fitted through a consultation covering sizing, color matching and trying on pieces in a private suite.

Skin services are offered under Adorn Aesthetics and include customized facials, acne and anti-aging treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, facial and body waxing, precision eyebrow shaping, spray tanning, and paraffin hand treatments. A men's barber menu covers classic cuts, several fade styles, and beard lineups and details with a hot towel. A free Wigs for Kids fitting and color selection session is also offered.

Appointments are required because the suite is private, and walk-ins to look at wigs or buy products are not accepted. Hair services need no deposit, wigs and toppers require a 50% deposit, and extensions require a 100% deposit. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged a percentage of the scheduled services. Children must wait inside the suite rather than the lobby, and clients are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their appointment. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility.

First-time guests complete a digital consultation form with current and inspiration photos, and at the first visit the stylist reviews it, sets up a home care routine and recommends take-home products.
