Color is a large part of the menu. The signature dimensional balayage is customized and gives a sun-kissed look with a soft grow-out, and the salon names it as its most requested service. Full blonding highlights create an all-over blonde result. Clients who want to go darker can book a solid color session or a reverse balayage, and existing color can be refreshed with glossing or root touch-ups.
Extensions are built with luxury wefts, with color matched and placement customized for each set. Options include butterfly weft installs in one, two or three units, sew-in row extension move-ups and triple row installs, and K-tip installs in mini, partial and full sizes. A complimentary consultation for color or extension work, about 30 minutes, is available for new clients.
Listed prices are starting prices and can change during the appointment, so the salon discusses pricing before any work proceeds. Payment can be made by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo or cash, and Klarna, AfterPay and Affirm are accepted for qualifying orders. The Mane Money loyalty program awards one point per dollar spent, which can be applied to upcoming appointments. Changes to a booking, whether cancelling or moving it, need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation made inside that window is charged 50% of the scheduled service total, while a missed appointment or no-show without notice is charged the full amount. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to show may be asked to pay in advance for later bookings, or may have future appointments declined. Requests for times outside the listed hours can be sent by message. Separately, the salon publishes a blog covering hair tips, product reviews and at-home care, and uses social media to share transformations, service details and availability.
