Each stylist room is enclosed on three walls, so clients have privacy during a service. Complimentary snacks, drinks and wifi are offered, and a coffee and tea bar is available, with wine served on request.
Color services include partial and full color, balayage, ombre, foil work, root smudge, regrowth, tri-color, and demi and semi permanent color. Perm options are spiral perms, directional wraps and piggyback perms. Extension methods include Cold Fusion, Dreamcatcher, Great Lengths, Halo Couture, Platinum, Seamless and tape-in. Brazilian keratin and keratin straighteners are also available, as are shine and glaze treatments.
Prices vary with hair length and density, so clients are asked to call for a quote. Starting prices listed on the site are: partial highlight with cut from $160 (about 2 hours 30 minutes), balayage from $155 (2 hours 30 minutes), single color from $100 (2 hours), root touch-up from $80 (1 hour 45 minutes), makeup from $75 (1 hour), men's cut from $40 (45 minutes) and eyebrow wax from $15 (20 minutes).
Makeup applications are available for special events, photo shoots, weddings and proms, and clients contact the salon to schedule. The salon says it was voted the top high-end salon in Hendersonville. Clients who arrive late keep their original appointment end time and may be asked to reschedule. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations carry a fee. The salon does not offer refunds, but it will work with clients to correct a service they are unhappy with.
The salon says it offers high-end service at a price it considers affordable.
Each stylist room has three walls, giving clients privacy.
