Services are grouped into blonding sessions, healthy hair sessions, color refresh and grey coverage, and add-on treatments. Blonding ranges from a customized full transformation session and color correction to classic partial and full blondes, a bleach-and-tone maintenance visit, a low-maintenance lived-in blonde and a mini-foil option. Add-ons such as a hydrating conditioning treatment, a hard water treatment and a scalp therapy can be added to visits.

Pricing is listed by service, and some services are priced by goals and hair condition, so the studio quotes those before a session begins. After a Prep Session, new guests receive a follow-up email with a consultation summary, home care instructions, product links, a maintenance schedule and pricing.
