Traditional cuts come in Essential and Luxe options, and the Signature Blow Out aims for a smooth, polished finish with volume and shine. Color is customized to each client and priced by the hour: $95 for the first three hours, then $40 per hour after that, with a haircut included once the first three hours are past. Consultations can be done by text or in person.

Add-on services can be combined with a visit. K18 is a treatment aimed at repairing hair damage, and the Scalp and Hair Detox is a cleanse that removes buildup and helps balance the scalp. A haircut add-on is available at $40, and a quick-service version is offered for shorter visits.

Color appointments are booked by texting first and last name and the word COLOR to 862-340-1511, and cuts can be added to a color service. Other appointments and questions are handled by phone at 201-460-3478, and the salon does not book through email. Appointment books open monthly. Clients are asked to arrive with hair dry, in its natural state, and clean. Deposits, services and retail sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice through the confirmation email or text, and last-minute cancellations or no-call no-shows carry a 50% fee. Extra guests are not allowed unless they are also being serviced. Clients have up to 10 days to request a revision of their results, and the salon may refuse service to any guest, returning the $30 deposit if it does.

The salon also runs education classes taught by working stylists that cover techniques and the business of hair. Gift cards from $20 to $200 are available for any occasion.
