The Edina studio is in Suite 405 of the Valleywood Center, just off France Avenue, and has a private entrance and a free lot at the back of the building. The Delano studio is on the ground level in downtown Delano, across from the river, with free street parking directly out front and no meters or passes. Both locations have separate service rooms, a waiting area with refreshments, wireless phone chargers, and a reception room stocked with lash, brow and bronze products.

Lash extensions apply synthetic mink extensions to individual natural lashes with professional-grade adhesive. Full sets come in several levels, from Minimal through Mega Volume, and fills are priced by level. Minimal and Minimal Volume sets suit clients with less than 30% of extensions remaining, while full sets are for clients with no extensions or less than 70% of their previous extensions left. Lash lifts and tints each last up to six to eight weeks with proper aftercare, and a Lash Lift and Tint booked together is priced at a discount.

Brow waxing is tailored to the shape of each client's face, with hair removed from the root. The salon describes it as suitable for sensitive skin. Brow tinting holds for four to six weeks. Brow staining deepens brow hair for up to six weeks, while the stain on the skin fades within about ten days. Bare and Bronzed spray tans go on by airbrush using a sunless formula, with the shade and depth chosen for each client, and with aftercare they can last up to one to two weeks. Mobile spray tanning comes to the client's location for groups of at least four people within 25 miles.

Aims to complement each client's natural features through personalized lash, brow and bronze services, and to simplify daily beauty routines by bringing them together in one loft.
