The studio is a private, one-person business whose stated aim is the most flattering look for each client using the least product and effort possible. Much of the work is about refining what a client already has, showing them how to use it, and advising what to stop buying.

Hair services cover men's, women's and children's haircuts, bang and neck trims, and blowouts. Color options include partial and full highlights, with or without a haircut, and all over color. All over retouches cover regrowth only and are usually suggested every four to six weeks. The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment that does not straighten hair permanently, and a shorter Express version lasts six to eight weeks.

Invisible Bead Extensions use rows of hair anchored to beads set in a horseshoe shape, hidden under the client's own hair. New clients start with a free 30-minute consultation, which is required before any extension work. The consultation checks hair density, growth pattern and condition, matches color in daylight, and gives the row count and cost. Installs are usually one to three rows, and existing clients can book one-row or two-row move-ups. The business says extensions can look seamless in a ponytail and other up styles, and it will say at consultation if extensions are a poor fit for a client's hair.

Brow and face services include brow shaping, brow tinting, a shaped-and-tinted option, lash tinting, an upper lip wax and makeup guidance. Brow tint lasts around three weeks on the skin and lash tint around three to four weeks.

The Complete Style Edit combines the product review and wardrobe session in 3.5 hours for $50 less than booking them separately. A free online hair and skin assessment takes two to four minutes and points toward men's, women's or skin-first routine paths.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice.
