Blow outs are offered in a few forms. A gentle blow out with a cut or trim and two cornrows includes a consultation, a detox and conditioning treatment, a blow out that avoids heat damage, and two braids on natural hair. A gentle blow out with a cut or trim and a curly style adds a precision haircut and a set, define and dry of the curls, and includes a shampoo with an Olaplex treatment. Drying time is not part of the listed time for that second service.

Curl care is a major focus. Original TLC Curl Care has a session for new clients that includes one-on-one support, a trim customized while the hair is curly, a detox and treatment, defining and styling, and a curl card with tips; it does not include twist or braid out styling. Returning clients can book a no-cut express refresher for wash and go styling or a maintenance visit that begins with an in-depth consultation. Children ages 6 to 10 have their own curl care visit, which includes a dry cut, a hair detox and a deep conditioning treatment.

Color and special occasions are also covered. The Curls and Color Transformation Package includes a haircut, a full color change and styling, using select colors only; it does not include lightener or color correction. Mommy and Me is a two-hour appointment where a mother and child each get a hair appointment together. Two strand twists or rod sets on natural hair are available for returning clients. Gift certificates come in $50 and $100 amounts.

Booking works on a schedule. Appointments are released monthly about two months ahead, on the last Wednesday of each month. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice for a full refund, and the full fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations. New client appointments require full payment at booking. Prices and services may change at any time.
