The core of the salon is precision haircuts, color and highlights, and styling and treatments, for men, women and children. Facial and eyebrow waxing are also offered. According to the salon, it provides more than 30 services and has more than 600 clients, and it describes itself as the go-to salon for its community.
Every service includes a personal consultation so the stylist can shape a look for the client, and the team keeps up with hair trends and techniques. Free 15-minute consultations are available, and some services require one before booking. Clients can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea during their visit.
Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead. After two late-notice cancellations or two no-shows, a 50% deposit is required for future bookings. Extra thick or extra-long hair may carry a $10 upcharge on haircuts and styling, and color services may carry additional fees based on how much color is used. If the salon cannot satisfy a client, it offers a full refund or account credit. Product refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase, and service refunds within 7 days after the service. Special occasion parties requesting three or more services need a deposit, which is applied to the balance.
