Locs are the core of the menu. Options run from a wash and retwist, to a retwist with styling, to starter locs (which require hair long enough for cornrows), to crochet or instant locs and dreadlock extensions. Dreadlock extensions are installed by washing and parting the hair, braiding each extension onto a parted section, then crocheting the sections together. The salon does not supply loc extensions for that install; clients are directed to the team for suggestions on hair companies. On the barbering side, the menu includes Dark or light caesars, an Afro taper fade, fades with or without a beard trim, a haircut with beard trim, hot towel shaves, kids' cuts, and a VIP service that pairs a wash and rinse with a facial massage and hot towel alongside any full haircut.

The detox wash is a deeper cleanse: a baking soda wash, an apple cider vinegar soak of at least 15 minutes, a cleansing mist with added oil, a scalp massage, and then drying. Deposits are sent through Zelle to hold a booking, with the balance paid after; deposits vary by service and count toward the total. Cash, debit and credit cards, Zelle and Cash App are accepted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to keep a deposit, and late arrivals are asked to contact the team member they booked with.

The salon says it aims to make each visit a comfortable experience, and it services all hair textures.
