The business puts hair health first. Each service is tailored to a client's hair density, number of locs, lifestyle, maintenance routine and long-term goals, so a visit starts with understanding where the hair is now and where the client wants it to go.

Services cover the full loc timeline: starter locs, instant locs and microloc installation; routine retwists, interlocking and overdue work; reconstruction and corrective repair; styling add-ons; color; kids services for children ages 7 to 12; washes and treatments; and haircuts, trims and pruning. New installs, transfer clients and work that needs an assessment begin with a consultation, and color is offered to existing clients after one. Booking is online only, up to 30 days ahead, with a waitlist for openings. A non-refundable deposit reserves each appointment and is applied to the total. Balances are paid at checkout by cash, Zelle or card, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
