The salon's approach centers on healthy foundations, consistent maintenance, and long-term hair and scalp health. For existing locs it provides maintenance, repair, and scalp-focused treatments, and after an assessment it can set up a care plan for scalp or hairline concerns. Newer clients can get guidance on choosing a loc method that fits their lifestyle, hair type, and goals.

Booking starts with a consultation. In-person consultations are one-on-one sessions held over FaceTime or Zoom to review hair, scalp, and loc goals, and virtual consultations are available for clients living more than 45 minutes away. New clients need a general consultation before most services, and a microloc or loc extension consultation before those services. Returning clients need a new consultation if six months or more have passed since their last maintenance appointment.

Individual and add-on services include loc trims, reattachments, detox, deep conditioning, and wash-only visits. Starter loc options range from traditional starts to instant and microloc starts, and the salon lists deposits of $250 for instant starter locs and $300 for microloc starter locs. Retie prices cover four hours for a full head or three hours for a half head, and extra time is billed at $65 per hour. Excessive repair or slippage is charged at $100 per hour.

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and arriving 15 or more minutes late results in automatic cancellation with a full cancellation fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. It is closed Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
