Services are by appointment, and bookings are usually made three to five weeks ahead. Appointments are scheduled by phone at 215-925-0366, where special requests can be arranged and confirmed right away. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The salon describes itself as innovative and unique. Its color menu covers single process color, partial and full head highlights, individual foils, gloss and tone, camo color, corrective color, and treatments, with corrective color priced after a consultation. Stylists use a range of color and styling lines, including EVO, which the salon carries as an Australian line described as eco-friendly, gluten-free and vegan.
