The studio is a shared space made up of independent hair artists who work alongside one another. It was set up so the artists can inspire and grow each other rather than compete.

The studio has three chairs, open workspace and a view of some Manhattan landmark buildings. Services run from simple add-ons and trims to full color work, with prices shown per service and some priced by consultation, such as color correction or transformation, which starts at $600 and is billed at $150 per hour with a $100 deposit. A color adjustment within 7 days of the original color service is free once, and further adjustments are charged as a full service.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM, with the studio closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. Many services take a deposit between $25 and $100. The studio asks for at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations, charges 50% of the service price for cancellations within 24 hours, and charges the full price for no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.
