Extensions are the core of the menu. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a natural finish. Hybrid sets, which the studio describes as its most common and most customizable option, mix classic extensions with handmade volume fans for a textured look. Volume sets use only handmade fans of four to eight lashes each for a darker, fuller effect, and are suggested for sparse lashes or gaps. Mega classic sets, sometimes called angel or wet-look lashes, use narrow handmade or closed fans for a defined, darker line.

A visit usually begins with you lying down with your eyes closed on a spa bed. Bottom lashes are protected with micro-foam tape, and the medical-grade adhesive is kept from touching the skin. Full sets usually take about 1.5 to 2 hours and fills about 1 to 1.5 hours. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and weekly touch-ups are offered within eight days of the last appointment.

Clients coming from another lash artist can book a foreign fill, which qualifies when at least 40 percent of the existing extensions remain. If an existing set has grown out, is stuck together or is unhealthy, the studio may recommend removal and a new full set instead. Lash lifts, with or without tint, curl natural lashes for about four to eight weeks, and removal uses a gel-based remover over roughly 35 minutes. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, to skip curling or mascara the day before and the day of, and not to remove extensions at home.

Lashes are matched to each client's natural features and style, and sets are not rushed or overdone.
