Its team is a mix of employee stylists and independent professionals, and it focuses on women of all ages who want a high level of professional service.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Sundays. Parking is in a lot at the side and back of the building, reached from Erie Avenue, with more street parking out front. The side entrance off Erie Avenue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking spots near the ramp. Clients who are unsure which stylist to book can take a two-minute quiz on the team page or ask through the website contact form for a pairing with an experienced stylist.

Color is a large part of the menu. A root retouch covers roughly one to two inches of new growth with a backbar treatment, and an all over color is a single process from roots to ends. Dimensional services such as highlights, lowlights and balayage include a complimentary treatment and basic toning. Partial and full dimensional services are timed for maintenance cycles of about six to twelve weeks and twelve to sixteen weeks. Prices for color can shift with the result wanted and the hair's starting condition, such as lightening beyond natural shade or existing color. Add-ons include hair masks, a lactic acid treatment for color-treated hair, and Fusio Dose, a custom in-salon treatment mixed for each client's goals.

Nail, lash, threading and waxing services are also on the menu. Nail art tiers must be booked alongside a gel manicure or gel polish. Lash lifts can be done with or without a tint. Gift cards are available in store and as custom-amount eGift cards online. Listed prices are starting rates, and each stylist's own pricing is on their bio page or in the booking system. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and a cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice carries a fee of half the scheduled service price.

The salon aims to make every guest feel safe and well cared for, and it puts a strong emphasis on teaching clients how to maintain their hair at home. Sanitation and continuing education are named among its top priorities.
