Lash extensions are the main focus. The menu includes classic sets, which place one synthetic extension on each natural lash, hybrid sets that combine classic and volume techniques, and volume sets. Refills, partial touch-ups, removal and a refill option for clients coming from another artist are also offered. The studio uses high-quality synthetic lashes and carries its own exclusive brand of extensions.

Every visit begins with a consultation about the look and result the client wants. Stylists adjust each service to individual preferences and needs. Lash services take place in private rooms with comfortable reclining chairs and soft background music.

Brow services include brow lamination, which straightens the hairs for a fuller shape, lash and brow tinting, and henna brows for clients with sparse brows, using a plant-based dye. Waxing covers the face and body with hard and soft wax, from a quick upper lip to full legs and full back.

Booking policies are set out clearly. A card on file is required for held appointments, cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show. Refunds are not given for services performed. Children are not permitted in the salon, and clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule.

Each service starts with a consultation on the desired look, and stylists tailor the work to each client's preferences and needs.
