Lash work is the core of the menu. Full sets come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with UV versions listed at higher prices. Fills are priced by how long it has been since the last appointment, starting with a one week half fill and running up to four weeks. Lash lifts and tints, bottom lashes, colored lashes, lash sequins and extension removal are also offered, and removal is done with a professional gel remover.

Facials range from a skin care consultation and add-ons such as extractions, a hydrojelly mask and dermaplaning, to a salicylic acid peel, a European-style facial with LED light therapy, and named treatments that include a nanotechnology-based facial and a lip treatment. Brow services cover consultation, tinting, mapping, lamination and tint combined with waxing. Waxing spans small areas such as the chin and upper lip up to full legs and Brazilian waxes, with package deals for combined waxing.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less notice carries a booking fee of half the appointment price, and cancelling three hours or less before an appointment, or not attending, is charged the full service price. Services, booking fees and other payments are non-refundable, though booking fees carry over to a rescheduled appointment. Brow, lash and skin care consultations are $10 and that fee is credited toward a same-day service booked afterward. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash styles range from a natural single-extension look to fuller fanned sets, and fills are scheduled by time since the last application.

Each service takes place in a private room within a shared beauty co-op.
