Lash appointments take place in lash beds and usually run about one to one and a half hours with eyes closed. Extensions are applied one at a time to natural lashes to add length, fullness and thickness, and they generally last up to about three and a half weeks before a fill is needed, depending on aftercare. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and to avoid caffeine for at least two hours beforehand. Lash lifts curl and shape natural lashes from the root and include a conditioning step, and lash tints use a semi-permanent dye matched to eye color and skin tone.

Brow services include waxing for shape and removal of unwanted hair, using wax made for delicate facial skin, along with brow lamination, which repositions brow hairs for a fuller, more defined look, and brow tinting. The Wow Brow bundle combines waxing, shaping, lamination and tint for $125, which the salon says saves $20 compared with booking the services separately.

Microblading is offered only at the Edina location. A handheld fine tool creates hair-like strokes, and the pigment is chosen for natural brow color, skin tone and the shade the client wants. Topical numbing cream is used during the appointment. The first session is $549, and the touch-up, scheduled six weeks later, is $119 for returning clients or $259 for new clients. Healing takes four to six weeks, and once healed the salon advises protecting brows with SPF 30 to 50.

Before microblading, the salon asks clients to stop retinol and retin-A seven days ahead, avoid Botox three weeks before or four weeks after, and avoid chemical peels for 60 days before or after. Certain blood-thinning medicines and supplements should be stopped 48 hours ahead, with Tylenol allowed, and alcohol and caffeine should be avoided for 24 hours. Clients taking Accutane, with severe sensitive skin, on skin-condition medication, or with a past poor reaction to a lash or brow service are asked to book a phone consultation first. Bridal services cover pre-wedding hair, make-up, brow services and lash extensions, and inquiries go through an interest form on the website. Appointments can be booked online at either location. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge, a no-call, no-show is charged the full service amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled.

Lash and brow services are shaped around each client's natural features, with lash tints and lifts matched to eye color and skin tone and microblading pigment chosen for natural brow color and skin tone.
