The studio says every lash set and service is customized to the individual client. It puts integrity, health and uniqueness ahead of a one-size-fits-all approach.

The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and angel set extensions. Classic sets start at $120 and take about 90 minutes or more. Hybrid sets, which blend classic and volume lashes, start at $150. Volume sets use lightweight lashes in small fans and start at $165, with appointments of about 120 minutes or more. Mega volume sets are described as darker and fuller than regular volume and start at $185. Angel sets use 0.03 volume lashes applied without fanning and start at $195. Fills are offered for classic, hybrid, volume, mega and angel sets, and a quick fix touch-up is available for lashes one week old or less at $30. Fills need roughly 40 to 50 percent of the extensions still on, otherwise a full set is needed. Lash lifts include a traditional option using a gentle perm solution, which the studio estimates lasts 4 to 6 weeks, and a Korean lash lift that the studio describes as a more advanced, lash-health-focused approach. Lash tints and lash removal are also available.

Brow services include brow tinting with semi-permanent color, brow lamination that sets brow hairs in a relaxed position using a gentle perm solution, a combined brow and lash lamination, and brow wax and color for removing unwanted hair and adding color. Waxing is offered for the lip, brows, lip and chin, and brows and lip.

Prepaid packages bundle full sets with two fills or four maintenance refills for the classic, hybrid, volume and angel styles. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. Several services take a deposit of $5 to $20, fills take $10 to $15, and new clients booking brow tint pay $5. Cancelling within 12 hours of an appointment forfeits the deposit and carries a $25 fee, and same-day cancellations are charged 70 percent of the service fee. Clients are asked to give 12 hours notice to cancel and 24 hours to reschedule. The studio allows a 10-minute grace period, and clients should text about any delay before the start time. Clients are asked to keep phones away during services. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
