Brow services range from a quick wax or tint to brow lamination, a 60-minute treatment that softens brows so they are easier to style each day and includes shaping and tinting. Lamination results last about six to eight weeks, and the tint lasts up to two weeks.

Lash lifts come with or without a deep black or brown tint. The Korean lash lift uses a formula combining cysteamine and thioglycolate, which the studio describes as gentler and more controlled than traditional lifts, with less irritation, and says it works better on lashes that will not hold a curl. Lash Tint Maintenance is a 30-minute tint with an Elleebana ReGen hydration treatment, and it is not a lift.

Extensions include full sets, which take two to three hours depending on style and include an aftercare cleanser, and fills of 75 to 90 minutes for returning clients booked within four weeks of their last appointment. Foreign fills are not offered, so clients with extensions from another provider book a removal and a full set. For clients who have had allergic reactions to extensions before, a patch test applies about 30 extensions to natural lashes, and the booking page asks for a 74-hour wait before a full lash service follows.

Booking is done online through Glossgenius, with a waitlist open to returning clients only. There is no receptionist to answer calls, so questions go by text or message to the studio's phone number.
