The studio sits within Moonlight Skin and Beauty at 317 N. El Camino Real, Suite 404. It is open by appointment only, with no weekend hours, and it focuses entirely on eyelash extensions.

The full set is a custom application in classic, volume, hybrid, YY, W or Clover styles, fitted to the client and usually taking about two hours at $200. Touch-ups, priced from $100 to $150 depending on lash style and taking 60 to 90 minutes, replace extensions lost to shedding and remove grown-out ones; the site recommends touch-ups every two to four weeks. Extension removal starts at $40 and takes 10 to 30 minutes, using a gentle remover followed by a soothing cleanse.

The studio offers LED UV eyelash extensions, which have been available since July 2023. The site says LED curing sets the adhesive quickly, which shortens appointments, and that the bond is stronger and the finish cleaner. It also states that these extensions typically last three to five weeks and that the adhesive is designed to resist oil and moisture.

New clients are welcome to book a complimentary consultation of about 30 minutes, recommended for anyone unsure about extensions or with sensitivities. It includes a light test set applied like a patch test. Clients who already have extensions from another provider may need a consultation first, and a fresh start is often suggested. Plan for up to two hours at the first visit. Arrive five minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes and dry lashes, and remove contact lenses beforehand.

Booking is by email, which the studio prefers for new clients and answers within 48 hours; the phone is not answered during services. Confirmation emails arrive three days ahead and a text reminder two hours before. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Aftercare asks clients to avoid steam, sweating and tanning beds for the first 12 to 48 hours, and to use only oil-free products around the eyes and water-based, non-waterproof products afterward.

Each set is customized to the client's features and lifestyle, and LED curing is used for its extension services.
