A visit usually starts with a custom lash design consultation. Stylists look at the density, strength and length of each client's natural lashes, then choose extension lengths and thicknesses to suit them. Clients can also pick a lash curl, either C for a softer curl or D for a tighter one, and the design can be adjusted at each refill. A first full set of extensions takes about two to three hours, while a lash fill typically takes around 45 minutes.

Extension styles include classic, which adds one extension to each natural lash, and volume, which adds a fan of two to six per lash. Hybrid combines classic and volume application across the lash line, and mega volume adds a fan of seven to twenty per lash, though availability varies by salon. Classic, hybrid and volume come in three levels, from full to fullest, while mega volume does not use levels. The salon says its extensions are made from a premium synthetic material that goes through a double heat-roll process. Purple Light LED lash extensions are offered where the salon has them available.

Brow and lash tinting adds color that the business says lasts up to four weeks, using dyes made for lashes and brows. The color is matched to each client during the consultation. Lash lifts set a custom curl with silicone lifting rods and take less than an hour, and a lift and tint combines the lift with a tint. Threading is offered as an add-on to lash services.

The salon recommends lash fills at least every two weeks, and advises having them at the original salon or a sister location to keep methods and materials consistent. It also advises professional removal rather than removing extensions at home. Aftercare products include a protective lash coating and foaming cleansers.

Each lash design is built around a consultation in which stylists assess the client's natural lashes, and the salon says it does not apply extensions that could damage natural lashes. Threading is customized to each client's face and eye shape, and the salon says it uses a hand-held tool and thread with no chemicals or wax.
