Lavender Falls is a family-owned day spa at 19239 Stone Oak Pkwy in San Antonio. Facials make up a large part of the menu, from a basic facial to signature, customized and specialty treatments. The Hydration Facial uses gentle vacuum suction and serums and is also offered for blackhead removal with no downtime. The facial menu includes ELEMIS, PCA SKIN oxygenation and Christina treatments, a teen acne facial for clients 19 and under, an acne back facial with extractions, and a rosacea facial. Men have their own facial options as well.

Chemical peels are offered from light to medical-grade depths and are tailored to each client's goals. According to the spa, light peels often involve little to no downtime, with results visible in two to four weeks. Choices include PCA SKIN blended peels, TCA 13% and 20% peels, a glycolic 60% peel, a PCA pumpkin peel, body peels priced by area and a PCA neck peel. Rejuvapen NXT microneedling is offered for acne scars, surgical scars, fine lines and stretch marks, usually in a series of three to six sessions about four weeks apart. A session takes roughly 30 to 45 minutes after a topical numbing cream is applied.

Massage styles include Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, cupping, prenatal, sports, custom blends and four-hands. Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes depending on the style. Couples massage takes place side by side in a private suite. Body services include mineral body wraps, body scrubs, a Vichy table shower and whirlpool hydrotherapy, and an Elemis aching muscle whirlpool soak can be added to a massage. All massage services are performed by licensed massage therapists.

Lash and brow services include full sets with Xtreme, NovaLash and FabuLash systems, fills, lash lifts, lash tints, lash baths, removal, brow tinting and brow lamination. Extensions are cured with UV FlashCure technology, so clients can get wet soon after the appointment. Lash and brow tints last about four to six weeks, and the spa does not allow clients to bring in their own lash tint color. Permanent makeup includes microblading, ombre brows, nanoblading, permanent eyeliner, and lip liner with lip blushing. Microblading appointments take about two hours and begin with a topical numbing agent. The spa states that its permanent brow pigments are made in the USA by Softap and Perma Blend.

Facials and corrective services are performed by licensed estheticians, and waxing is performed by licensed estheticians who also hold cerologist certification for wax work. Services can be booked online or by phone. Rescheduling or cancelling requires 24 hours' notice, or a $50 fee applies. Gift certificates can be bought in custom amounts or for specific services, are valid for one year, are non-refundable, and can be sent by email for instant delivery or printed at home.
