A visit usually starts with a consultation. The stylist looks at each guest's natural lash density, strength and length, along with eye shape and other facial features, then chooses extension lengths, thicknesses and curl. Extensions are made from a premium synthetic material that goes through a double heat-roll process. Classic, hybrid and volume sets come in three lash levels, from Level 1 Full to Level 3 Fullest, while mega volume does not use levels. C curl gives a softer, more natural look and D curl is tighter and more dynamic.

A first full set takes two to three hours and a fill takes about 45 minutes. The company recommends a fill about every two weeks, since clients lose roughly 20 percent of natural lashes in that time. A fill removes long or overgrown extensions and replaces any that have shed. The membership includes two discounted refills a month, 10% off products and 10% off other services. Refills are best done at the salon where the set was first applied to keep methods and materials consistent, though sister salons can handle a refill when a client is away from home.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes lash lifts that curl straight natural lashes for up to eight weeks, lift and tint combinations, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, and eyebrow threading, which can also be added to lash services. Retail includes a protective lash coating and two foaming lash cleansers, one tea tree scented and one unscented.

Each guest completes a consultation to plan a custom lash design, and the salon says it does not apply extensions that could damage natural lashes. It reserves the right to decline requests that could.
