Extensions are chosen for weight and length so clients can wear them for a longer stretch. The salon will not apply long or heavy extensions that would damage natural lashes, and it uses premium products.

Bridal packages are priced at $199 for Package 1, which includes a trial set before the wedding, wedding day lashes, a custom gift bag and a wedding day cleanser. Package 2 is $299 and adds engagement photo lashes. Any style of lash set can be chosen within either package.

Booking terms: cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice carries a $25 fee, and later appointments require a deposit. A $50 fee applies to no-shows, and clients must pay the full total in advance to rebook. The salon confirms appointments by call, text or email at least 24 hours ahead and allows a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, with services possibly shortened. Clients who contact the salon within 3 days of an appointment and are not fully satisfied receive a free correction; reports made later are assessed case by case. Phones should be silenced and speakerphone avoided during appointments, and children may not accompany clients during services. The salon does not work over another salon's lash extensions.
