Color correction is quoted per hour after a consultation, and extensions are priced after a consultation too. Fashion colors are temporary, typically lasting 4 to 8 weeks, and pastels typically last 1 to 2 weeks.

Wedding and event work runs through Whistle and Veil, the salon's wedding hair and makeup brand, which works on location or at the salon. Special event hair and makeup together costs $140, hair only starts at $60, and makeup only with lashes not included starts at $80. On-location services carry a 20% gratuity plus travel fees based on location. The full salon can also be rented for a private party by appointment.

Booking policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel and avoid a fee of 50% of the appointment. Missing an appointment without notice carries a fee of 100%, and future bookings then require that fee to be paid. A credit card must be kept on file, and makeup, fashion color and color correction require deposits of $25 for makeup and $50 for creative colors, which are non-refundable. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean service is not guaranteed. Children over 11 are welcome, clients may not bring extra guests, though parents with minors are exempt, and the salon may stop a service if a child cannot sit still. Major credit and debit cards, salon gift certificates and cash are accepted; checks and Visa gift cards are not.
