Extensions come in three styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash and takes about two hours. Hybrid adds some extra fullness for everyday wear, and volume gives a fuller, bolder look; both take about two and a half hours. Fills are priced by how many lashes remain in the set: 1-week fills are for sets with about 80% left, 2-week fills for about 50%, and 3-week fills for about 40%. Extension removal and a patch test are also offered, and the patch test is listed at no charge.

Brow services include tinting, waxing, lamination, and combined packages that bundle several of these together. Lip and brow waxing are offered on their own. For lashes, the menu includes a Korean lash lift, a lash tint, and a Korean lash lift and tint combined, alongside the extension options.

Clients can expect complimentary beverages and snacks, and there is free parking in the lot. The studio is listed as kid friendly, and the site notes that it is not wheelchair accessible. Payment is accepted by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, AfterPay for qualifying orders, and cash. Gift certificates can be set to any amount from $10 to $1,000 or bought at $25, $50, $75 or $100.
