The business was started in November 2015 by Paloma, who began with eyelash extensions before adding skincare services. It moved into a home studio in 2019, a setting Paloma chose for its more intimate, relaxed atmosphere and the more personal experience it allows.

Lash services cover a range of looks. Classic extensions are applied one extension to one natural lash. Volume uses handmade bouquets of two to six fine extensions per natural lash, and Mega Volume uses bouquets of ten to twenty-five. A Lash Lift, also called a lash perm, can be tinted for lighter natural lashes, and Color and Glitter accents add color to the outer corners or top layer of lashes. Blankets and pillows are provided during lash appointments.

Skin appointments begin with cleansing and an analysis, and each facial is tailored to the client's skin type. The LG Dermaplane Facial is a manual exfoliation done with a sterile medical scalpel. Microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliation using an electronic vacuum, and chemical peels resurface the skin by removing its top layer. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, is preceded by a topical numbing agent and can be combined with serums such as hyaluronic acid. Microneedling and chemical peels can be upgraded to a Deluxe version that adds dermaplaning, LED light therapy and a collagen hand mask. Skin treatments take place in a relaxing, spa-like setting.

Bookings are made online, and changes after an appointment must also be made online. New clients must put a credit card on file, and confirmation texts with a link to cancel or reschedule are sent 48 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations or reschedules carry a $30 fee, and no-shows, meaning no call, text or response within 15 minutes of the start time, are charged the full booked service. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. Lash clients should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup and keep lashes dry for 24 hours. Skin clients should avoid prescription keratolytics such as Retin-A for seven days before treatment, and anyone who has had accutane in the past six to twelve months may not be eligible. Botox clients are asked to book lash appointments either first on the same day or a week apart from Botox.

The studio also offers one-on-one lash artist training in single or two-day sessions, plus hourly mentoring. It is open to newer lash artists and to established artists who want to refine technique or time management. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at scheduling, with the balance due on or before the training date, and a mini lash kit of supplies is included. Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $150, or a custom amount. Open Tuesday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
