Lash extensions are built to each client's preferences. A full set can be customized in any style and matched to eye shape and the look the client wants, and usually takes two and a half hours or more. Returning clients choose from three fill options based on how long it has been since their last visit. The shortest fill is a touch-up that leaves grown-out lashes in place, while the longer fills remove grown-out extensions. Lash removal uses a cream remover the business describes as cruelty-free. A patch test is available before lash work for clients with sensitive skin or past reactions to lash glue.

Facials are tailored to each client's skin needs and include chemical peels and acne treatment.
