Lash appointments are built around how many lashes a client has kept since the last visit. Maintenance fills are booked on a schedule that matches the amount of shedding: a 1 Week Fill suits clients who have kept most of their lashes and is booked 7 to 10 days after the previous visit, a 2 Week Fill is the standard appointment for moderate shedding and is booked 14 to 17 days later, and a 3 Week Fill allows for heavier shedding and is booked 18 to 21 days later. Clients who want a new set start with a Full Set, which opens with a consultation and custom mapping based on eye shape and natural lashes, and takes about two and a half hours.
Brow services include Signature Brow, which combines custom brow mapping with waxing and tinting, and Brow Rehab, which uses precise mapping, lamination and waxing for a fuller, more defined look. Smaller brow appointments cover shaping and tinting alone, and lash-only options include a Korean lash lift and lash removal. Facial waxing is also offered for unwanted hair on areas such as the lip or chin.
Orchard Park is open Monday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm. West Seneca is open Tuesday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Services can be booked online, and gift cards are sold, with balances checkable on the website.
Lash fills are scheduled according to how many lashes remain from the previous set, so maintenance timing follows the client's own shedding.
