IV therapy is the core of the practice. Registered Nurses run each IV, and a nurse practitioner reviews each client's history before treatment. A first visit starts with the RN going over paperwork and what to expect, and a small catheter is placed in a vein only after the client consents. A full treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes, so the business suggests planning for about an hour, with the client reclining in a chair. Clients are asked to disclose medical conditions, allergies and illnesses beforehand, and cocktails can be adjusted based on that. Minors under 18 and people with certain chronic conditions are not eligible, and pregnant or breastfeeding clients should consult an OB/Gyn first. The business does not accept private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Standard IV therapy and the first-time new client IV are each listed at $175. Named formulas include Cheeri-O, described as its version of the Myers' Cocktail, a Lyme disease protocol, and high-dose vitamin C infusions from 10g to 75g. Beyond IVs, the menu covers intramuscular vitamin injections, including NAD+ injections and an eight-pack package. NAD+ is also offered as a slow infusion running two or four hours at the Williamsville and Orchard Park locations, with a guaranteed run time, and the business recommends at least three consecutive infusions. Side effects are managed with medication and by adjusting the drip rate. Other offerings include infrared sauna sessions, localized cryotherapy with InstantCryo and a Zerobody dry cold plunge, Body by BFLO medical weight loss and peptide therapy, and esthetic treatments using Circadia professional-grade products. The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express facial to a Dream facial, dermaplaning, teen clarifying and soothing facials, and HydraFacial options at Signature, Deluxe and Platinum levels. HydraFacial MD is offered only at Williamsville. Lash lifts, tints and extensions are also available, along with facial and body waxing.

Memberships run from a $100 Stick Membership to a $655 VIP Membership with Sauna, and each one lists what it includes. Memberships auto-renew for at least six months until the client pauses or cancels, and canceling early carries a fee equal to half a monthly payment. Monthly members get 10% off additional services outside the membership. Packages must be prepaid after the first IV, must be used in office, and last one year from purchase. Packages and memberships are non-refundable, and prices are subject to change. Custom memberships can be built for services not listed by visiting an office, calling, or emailing the business.
