The service menu is arranged in tiers. Extensions run from classic through hybrid and volume to mega volume, with a separate re-fill price for each style. Cluster sets come in classic, hybrid, volume and freestyle versions, and smaller add-ons include spikes, bottom lashes, cluster color, custom luxury strips and a set for clients who want more than 50 dolls. Cluster touch-ups and fill-ins start at a set price, and the final price is set after the client books and sends a photo of their eyes. The freestyle set is designed by the artist based on the client's eye shape, and clients do not choose its design.
Booking is handled through the services page. The address is sent a day before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations inside that window carry a $20 fee. Clients who do not call and do not arrive are charged the remaining balance of their service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late pay a $10 late fee, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late are cancelled automatically. Deposits apply to the classic, volume and mega volume extensions, to new clients booking cluster sets, and to the Nayvember Lash Marathon.
Memberships are offered as a cluster membership, an extension membership and a higher-tier membership. Member benefits are applied automatically at checkout when clients book on the services page. Gift cards are available in fixed amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
