The hair menu covers women's, men's and children's cuts, shampoo and blowouts, beard and mustache trims, root retouches, all-over and vivid color, partial and full highlights, balayage and foilage, and color correction, which is priced after a consultation. Extensions are handtied, with the first row priced separately from additional rows, and the salon also offers partial updos and updos, Brazilian Blowout and keratin straightening, and makeup that includes a full-face application with false lashes or a one-on-one lesson.

New guests can complete a pre-consultation form so the team can plan appointment time. The salon says it aims for a positive, high-end guest experience, and a client describes the atmosphere as cozy and comfortable. The boutique sells clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, kitsch items and gifts, and gift cards are available from $10 to $500.

Booking requires a credit card kept on file. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are free; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. Guests who arrive 15 or more minutes late may be asked to shorten the service or reschedule. Services are non-refundable, but a complimentary adjustment appointment is offered if the salon is contacted within 72 hours of a service. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. The salon also rents space to beauty and wellness professionals. Independent hair stylists can rent open-air booths or private salon suites, and private rooms are available to licensed estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians. Booths include full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 access, utilities, a backbar, shampoo bowls, a styling chair, a mat and a color tray, plus on-site laundry, janitorial service, a breakroom, and complimentary guest drinks and snacks. Salon suites share a bathroom and include a shampoo bowl.
