The Lash Diva

The Lash Diva opened in March 2015 as a studio in Glendale, Arizona, located in suite 7 of Monogram Salon Suites. It runs by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, and bookings can be made by text or phone.

Lash services center on full sets of custom volume extensions, which use single-strand faux mink that is curved and tapered and applied one to one with natural lashes. A full set is priced at $390 and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Standard fills every two weeks are $105, and clients who have lost half or more of their extensions can book a double fill at $200. Removal runs between $60 and $105, and a removal fee is applied to a new full set if that set is booked and completed within two weeks. Lash shampoo is $20. Eyebrow shaping is $25. The studio also lists facial waxing for the upper lip ($12), chin ($15), cheeks ($18) and full face ($58). Facial waxing is not offered to clients using acne medication, Retin-A, retinol or retinoid products, or who have had certain advanced facial treatments. Spa treatments include a classic manicure ($45), aroma therapy ($50) and a hydra facial treatment ($95). Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup or creams around the eyes, to remove contact lenses, and to limit large amounts of water or caffeine. Afterward, extensions should stay dry for at least three hours, and oil-based or alpha-hydroxy products should be kept away from the eyes. Saunas and steam rooms are best avoided. Xtreme Lashes aftercare products are sold at the studio. A $50 deposit secures a full set and is applied to the price. It is forfeited for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows. With 48 hours or more notice, the deposit can carry over to one rescheduled appointment. All sales of services and retail products are final, with payment due at the time of service or purchase. Extensions placed at another salon are only kept if they meet the studio's standards after evaluation; otherwise the studio may recommend removal and a new set. The studio does not guarantee outcomes, since results vary from person to person.
