Johnyee Beasley is the owner of The Lash Diva and works as a lash stylist there. She founded the studio in March 2015 after a career that began in other fields. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Grand Canyon University in 1994, majoring in biology with minors in chemistry and humanities, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, cum laude, from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998. She practiced chiropractic with a mentor in Scottsdale for two years, then graduated first in class from Kar-Che Aesthetic Institute in early 2001 and built a skincare practice in Phoenix in the early 2000s.

She began offering eyelash extensions in 2005 and holds several Xtreme Lashes credentials, including a 2005 certification, a 2006 Advanced Certification in Color Theory and a 2015 Advanced Certification in Volumation. From 2006 to 2011 she was an Xtreme Lashes educator, teaching and certifying other stylists across the U.S. and Canada. She also holds a 2016 Global Lash Summit Master Class Collective credential and a 2016 Starlash Academy/Diamond Lashes Volume Lashmaster Certification earned in Prague, and she attended the 2016 League of Lashmasters symposium there. Earlier, she opened Vita Bella fine day spa in Glendale in 2007 and later closed it.

Her work includes custom volume sets and lash fills. Her clientele includes spouses of sports celebrities who come to Arizona for lash fills. She considers her clients a second family and mentors newer lash stylists. She received a 2015 Xtreme Lashes Lifetime Achievement Lashista award and a 2015 Xtreme Lashes Directory Lashista award, and Phoenix Magazine named her Best of the Valley for eyelash salon in 2022 and 2025.
